    Simply book an appointment and let us know what’s wrong with your device. Whether it's a software issue or a physical repair, we’ve got you covered.

  2. Step 2: Gibbon Calls You

    Our expert gibbons will give you a call, performing everything from virus removals, clean-ups, printer set-ups, installations, updates etc over the phone and remote connection. If it is a physical issue, we will arrange everything, all you need to do is box your device up safely and move to step 3.

  3. Step 3: Courier Collection (If it can't be sorted remotely)

    No need to leave your home! We’ll arrange and send a courier to pick up your device, (bonus: this step is free of charge after 12 months on the GibbonCare or Family plan, and half price for all members).

  4. Step 4: Device Returned to You

    Once the repair is complete, we’ll return your device safely β€” quick and hassle-free!
