🖥 Refurbished Tech — What to Expect

All our devices are professionally refurbished and tested by our team of Gibbons. That means:

• You may see some signs of previous use — small scuffs, light marks, or minor cosmetic wear
• The device you receive may not match the exact one shown in product photos
• Every product will meet or exceed the specifications listed
• All items come fully cleaned, checked, and ready to go

We don’t take individual photos of every refurbished device — that would leave no time for repairs, refurbishing, or helping customers like you. But rest assured, anything we send out meets our high standards for reliability and performance.

📦 What’s Included

All desktops and laptops include the required power cables, and optional monitor bundles include stands and display cables. Everything is plug-and-play, tested, and set up for immediate use.

• All sales are subject to availability and may be cancelled or delayed if stock is unexpectedly unavailable
• Refurbished products are sold with a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated
• GibbonCare and Family Plan services are subject to fair use and ongoing active subscription status
